Orders are processed Monday through Saturday and not on Sundays or holidays. Your purchase will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days pending payment receipt. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and receipt at the email address you provided once your order has been confirmed.
Shipping fees are determined by the order's weight, destination and shipping method. The following delivery options are available:

USPS standard (5-6 business days)
Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
Overnight express (next day)
International
We will ship to any country possible. Rates apply for up to 4 items going to the same address. Our International shipping rates are as follows:
US to Canada Global Priority (4-6 business days)
International Global Priority (4-6 days)

We would hope that you are thoroughly thrilled with your purchase. If you should need to return it, however, you can do so by contacting support@monkeyboyclothing.com within 14 days to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping instructions. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Sorry, return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Monkeyboy reserves the right to return merchandise to the customer if there has been visible damage or if the item appears used.
You will be notified of your credit once the returned item has been received and processed. The refund will take place within 7 days of the return and be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
We will only refund post and packaging costs if the item(s) arrives damaged. Please note that gift refunds can only be given to the original buyer.
